
What if the course I want never opens?
Then we will refund you for the cost of that course and any additional sections of that class within 30 days of the end of the add/drop period.
What if the course closes before I get a chance to register?
You can reactivate notifications for a course by clicking the 'Activate' button on the Orders page after logging in.

What happens if others ask to be notified for the same course as me?
You will be notified in order. We will not wait long to notify other students, however, so register as fast as you can!
I was notified, but when I checked the school's website, the course was closed.
Unfortunately, this will happen sometimes. We can't control whether someone gets in before you, so reactivate notifications and we'll try again.
I'm going out of the country and won't be able to receive phone calls or text messages. What should I do?
In addition to sending a text message and/or a phone call, you will receive an email. You will have to rely on that until you are able to receive messages again.
I don't receive email when I get notified.
